The Chicago Thanksgiving Parade Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing joy, culture, and community spirit to the heart of Chicago each Thanksgiving. Since 1934, the parade has been a beloved tradition, celebrating the city’s diversity and heritage through vibrant performances, dazzling floats, and talented participants from across the nation. Our mission is to create an inclusive, family-friendly event that not only entertains but also educates and inspires, showcasing the rich cultural fabric of the Chicagoland area. Supported by volunteers, sponsors, and community partners, we strive to make this iconic celebration accessible to all.

There are so many ways that you can help us continue this tradition, including the following:

• Watch the parade in-person on State Street, or volunteer to help us make the event happen.
• Become an individual sponsor and watch the parade from our TV Zone
